I read the post here and on facebook, I checked the records in our database and it indicates that 1.) The vehicle in question is a 2007 Chevy with 195,000 miles 2.) You did NOT purchase the vehicle here 3.) Our only interaction with you was the oil change performed here and the last time you were here was in Fall of 2018. i was told by laurie that i will be the first person to know when a vehicle i was interested in has gone through the shop and is available then i didnt hear from them in 2 days and i called and the vehicle had been already sold out from underneath me.
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! They are the epitome of a shady car dealership! I’ll never buy another car here again.
My Husband and I purchased a 2020 Sahara wrangler unlimited Jeep from Travis and had a great experience dealing with him and the Victory staff is so Pleasant! Will definitely be doing business again in the near future!
