My jeep broke down ( we only owned it for 5 months) they told me my alternator and battery were bad and wanted over $700 to fix it. I told them it should be under the warranty that we bought extra for the Jeep, they informed me that that was not covered and they would knock off 25%. I told them I would do it myself as I could get it done a lot cheaper.
