Very horrible. I bought a Jeep form their Victory-To-Go lot, and ended up finding out that the clutch fan was burned out and it had a bunch of other safety issues that it should have never passed inspection a week later, when I had someone go through the vehicle to find anything wrong with it. Victory refused to fix anything, and in the past 2 years I have been shelling out money for extensive repair work totaling up to $10,000 for a $7,000 vehicle just to be able to use it. Great service, dip sh@t carbone told me im out of warranty on my 13 ram. I called victory right after and I was told everything would be covered under factory warranty and got my truck back same day.
A friend bought a car there. Less then a month her oil light turned on she had to change it then not even two weeks later her car wouldn't start so she jumped it(this is a month into having the car) seemed to work fine after that another week goes by and she takes it to them to fix. The battery was shit. They did nothing for her. She ended up spending over 200$ in the first month to keep it running.
