Ask why it takes 4 hours and truck wasn't even on lot....Not upfront about timing...saw several people smoke like 5 times but cant do paperwork
very unproffessional, bullies customers and talks down to them to make them feel stupid so they stop questioning their extra charges. bullying is not ok and a grown man should not feel good or ok about how he treats other grown adults mostly females.

Just leased my third Jeep Grand Cherokee! Always a great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!!!
So far, horrible experience, lied to couple times already, not good, specially when I told them I needed the vehicle by a date, with no excuses, what do I get now? Nothing but excuses, I would avoid this dealer at all cost, I will be doing a full review soon.
There is NO place better to purchase a car!
