Genc and the team did an excellent job of converting our loft. The team were reliable, efficient, tidy and polite. They exceeded expectations in a number of areas, and were especially helpful at the snagging stage. I would happily recommend them.
We interviewed seven separate contractors for a job which comprised building a double dormer loft and full renovation of existing-space to our first floor Edwardian terrace flat. I am so glad that we chose Victorian Lofts and Construction. We needed a LOT doing. In addition to the loft conversion, every single existing room was changed in shape and re-appropriated.
