This place is just so cozy and comfy, and the staff are super friendly too. Staying here really perks me up every day. As long as I'm studying at a univeristy nearby, I'll definitely keep living here.
I lived at Victoria Hall for one year, and there was not a single moment when I did not enjoy my stay. From the first day I arrived, the staff was very nice and helped me with moving in. They were also very quick to react to my needs. For example, my desk chair was partially broken when I moved in. I told this to Darren, the concierge, and he managed to get it fixed the same day! I have lived at Victoria Hall for the past year and I will like share that I have had a great experience so far, the staff are always friendly and provide excellent customer service. The building is beautiful and the site events are amazing.
