Carpets fitted, remnants left, rubbish, glue cans left, told they didnt clear up after themselves. Left a huge bag of rubbish, Damage to paintwork on wardrobe, I expected a better service to be honest after buying 5 carpets over the past week, the fitters from Hull who fitted the living room carpet last Friday, top quality service, no damage, cleared up after themselves
From start to finish found service spot on, very helpful and not at all pushy to sell, found the prices very good. Home visit to measure up excellent. The vinyl flooring fitters were brilliant and did a very good professional job, they did not rush to complete the job even though it was nearing 1915hrs by the time they finished, well mannered and good sense of humour. Cannot fault the team, would certainly recommend.

Unfortunately we had a vynal floor fitted by Victoria carpets by a fitter called John. The flooring was fitted at an angle and not square to our wall. Because the pattern was squares, anyone can see that the pattern was running off by 52mm. It then took 2 weeks for the boss to examine the badly fitted flooring. He never contacted us, we had to do all the chasing.He blamed our room shape and refused to rectify the problem.
