Unfortunately we had a vynal floor fitted by Victoria carpets by a fitter called John. The flooring was fitted at an angle and not square to our wall. Because the pattern was squares, anyone can see that the pattern was running off by 52mm. It then took 2 weeks for the boss to examine the badly fitted flooring. He never contacted us, we had to do all the chasing.He blamed our room shape and refused to rectify the problem.
