Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

They were late for my appointments because Dr Prince spent however long it took her to understand my health issues, worries, or needs. She's the only physician to read my entire physical history. She spent time thinking & doing research to pinpoint my problems. She tried her best to figure out what was wrong with me, then to help me. She had no consulting physician or testing results to guide her: the 2 of us were on our own trying to figure out what was wrong with me & caused my extreme problems: they weren't in any medical... read more
