I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient
