Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The Dr and PA are OK, but the office staff is awful! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
