Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They are never polite. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I had to wait a few days to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
