The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes
