WOULD BE A FIVE STAR RATING ....IF YOU DIDNT WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR EVERY VISIT.....AND FRONT OFFICE WAS NOT HELPFUL TRYING TO GET A COPY OF RECORDS. SEEMS THEY CANT FAX/MAIL/EMAIL YOU A RELEASE FORM - YOU MUST GO INTO THEIR OFFICE AND BE WITNESSED. IM PRETTY SURE HIPPA WASNT DESIGNED TO BE THIS PETTY WHEN ITS DOCTOR TO DOCTOR.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes
