Requested a quote on 24/01, followed up 4 times on the 27/01, 31/01, 2/02 and 4/02. Each time I was promised that the request was being escalated and that someone would call back. By the 7/02 I gave up and went elsewhere.
Be very careful when dealing with this business, particularly when they provide a written quote. The choice of words they use to provide a quote can get them out of actually doing what was agreed. I had to engage another tradesperson to fix the decking that Con had agreed to fix in which he didn't due to the difference in words used in the quote. Highly recommend Viccon Painting. Communicated well. Fair price. Took pride in their work and went the extra-mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Would hire them again in heartbeat.
Viccon did amazing work painting my entire home. They were consistently on time, courteous, and extremely clean.
The painters were on time and incredibly neat! I have used these painters in the past and they continue to be terrific. So professional!
