I’m so pleased I heard about Vibrocise. It’s absolutely perfect for me as I have been recovering from a shoulder injury and have also suffered with lower back problems in the past, so Kara devised a gentler exercise routine to start off with. Even so, since starting in November, I have lost some weight, my body fat has reduced and I feel more toned. Kara and her team are lovely, very positive and encouraging and I love going. Would highly recommend.
Since starting Vibrocise I have had more energy, I look forward to going and enjoy every minute I am there. I can exercise without aggravating the arthritis in my knee and an old injury to my shoulder. The 30 minute work out sets me up for the day. 😃
I've been going to vibrocise for 10 years now. I love the classes and the challenge! I've noticed a big difference in my body tone and fitness level and always feel great afterwards. The staff are very friendly and certainly know how to get you motivated and give you lots of encouragement.
A great local gym that provides the personal touch. So enjoy my sessions.
Lovely relaxing atmosphere & surroundings. Friendly professional service I would definitely recommend and will use more in the future.
