Recently joined back and found it to be the best it's been in a long time. I am very happy with the staff. Big shout out to Wayne the PT, great guy very friendly
It's a tad smaller than your normal gym but honestly makes up for it. The equipment and resources are great, vending machines also have a wide range of things at a decent price. Staff are really friendly when I've spoken to them and its 24 hours ... if you live in the area deffo would recommend !!
Small and friendly gym with good equipment, Peak times can be busy
Fantastic gym, very friendly, lots of variety of machines, great sauna and the 24hours is an added bonus
