Fantastic gym, very friendly, lots of variety of machines, great sauna and the 24hours is an added bonus
Very well equipped, friendly atmosphere, friendly staff .open 24 hours good parking
Been going to this gym for a while now, it really is the best gym I've ever been to, the lads that run it are SO helpful, anything you need to know, I felt comfortable from day one! No one judges, people are there to help. I've never seen so much machinery in a gym, they've managed to pack it out with so much for everyone. Sauna in each gender changing room, the bathrooms are always so clean. I love going here.
