⚠️ Alerte Upon entering the store, I immediately felt a very cold and uncomfortable atmosphere, even from the other customers present. Two Asian staff members followed me through the aisles for no apparent reason, as if I didn’t belong. Great VIA ride to Essex today - James led the ride proficiently and kept the group together and motivated throughout. Not sure how he managed to be everywhere at once - Very attentive, actively assisted with a puncture and kept the group going strong.
Great shop filled with beautiful bikes. My flat white was excellent and served by the barista Ricardo who was a really nice guy. Would recommend and I'll be back soon.

My friends recommended Via as an amazing cool place with great coffee ,super cool and nice staff and extraordinary selection of highest quality cycling apparel. They were right. Via you are doing amazing!!! Such a welcome atmosphere, one of the best coffee I’ve had in central London and extremely nice staff ( each and everyone from barista to shop floor people being nice and so helpful). It will be definitely my favourite spot from now. Thank you Via
