Signing up with VFM Block Management London has been a very negative experience for our block. It would be unprofessional of me to descend into an expletive laden rant but it would be fully deserved. To call them cowboys is too generous a description. Avoid at all costs.
They essentially do nothing. Obstructive and lacking in transparency, every interaction is fraught and unproductive. There seems to be a high turnover of staff, so it's like starting again with each new property manager, and emails are routinely ignored. Their main aim seems to be to charge you as much as possible for as little as possible.
