Absolutely awful, incompetent, rude do not adhere to the agreements failure to follow up, can’t read emails, has made our estate a disgrace.
Very disappointed. We left VFM as we were unhappy with their services while managing our block.
They don't do anything! I've been chasing them for 9 months to provide quotes for essential works and they still haven't done anything. Note: The VFM response is in relation to a totally separate issue that has nothing to do with this review. I note that: 1) The comment is in relation to the drive works and garage roof repairs; and 2) The comment below is completely misleading noting that you sent two contractors to the property.
