We had to put our beloved Mysti down on an emergency basis. They were beyond compassionate and empathetic.
We brought in Sir John, our cat last night. We thought he had been hit by a car because he was not able to walk. Turns out it was a medical condition but we would still lose him. From the Vet to the Techs and everyone in between, they were professional, compassionate, and there for our family. I can't thank them enough.
We brought our dog, Toby for cancer treatment from Dec2010 to March 2011. He was cared for by Dr Rassnick and his staff. We cannot thank them enough for their care and compassion. Unfortunately Toby didn't make it but we were given more precious time with him because of these wonderful people. 🌈
I have visited the Veterinary Medical Center of CNY with my Blue Heeler, Roxy on two occasions. Each time Roxy and I were treated very professionally but also with compassion. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs to the doctors were extremely kind of helpful and did their best to make a very nervous Roxy comfortable. They took her into the back room and I could hear them all talking to her and encouraging her through their examination. On tuesday night I rushed my 14 month old boxer Farley to here. He was very sick. The staff was waiting for us to get there. Upon arrival he was rushed into be examined. The outcome was the worst anyone could hear. His condition was untreatable. While I held him as he passed everyone around was crying along with me. Its not many places where the staff shows such feelings and compassion.
