I have used their emergency services as well as their rehabilitation services and I can not say enough good things about them. I have always been treated with respect and friendliness but more importantly so was my pet. Their care and concern for your pet is genuine!
Thank God for this medical center and all the doctor's and staff's My Harley girl is doing great. They have been so good to her there. :)
We are in New York to visit family and our dog had an emergency we brought her straight here and the employees have been nothing but compassionate, respectful, and over all amazing. The veterinarian that treated her was so very kind and understood our situation completely. She helped as much as possible. I would highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone.
I took my dog off the exam table and drove to Cornell. Recently had a middle of the night emergency with my other dog and didn't even consider going here.

Our Jeter was on the brink of death, though we brought him here. The best staff I've ever dealt with and they saved his life! I can't thank you guys enough!

I had to take my dog in for an ultrasound and they were booked 2 weeks out. As my dog had terminal cancer, we needed in asap so I went on the cancellation list. They called me the next day and got us in that day. We weren't planning on meeting with the oncologist but after the ultrasound knew we needed to, so we were going to make an appointment but instead he fit us in right then and there. They were all so helpful and courteous. I would recommend them many times over.
