The staff here are so patient and compassionate. I wouldnt want to put my pets care in anyone else's hands!
Dr. Cortright is an amazing Vet! She loves her patients, and does her utmost to make them well. Her assistant, Kim, is adored by our ''Benny'', and he thinks that Tracy is pretty cool, as well. Could not ask for a better group to care for Benny. If you have an animal-friend, that you love and care about, and is not well, you owe it to yourself, and your pet, to let this Medical Center help your pet.
Our Sophie had to have emergency surgery to have an infected uterus removed. Everyone was so patient and kind. They didn't mind that I was calling every few hours. I love the way everyone in the office is so loving and caring to our fur babies. Just a few short months ago we had to visit that neither of us wanted to do. We had a fur baby die at home. My sister and I had to bring her boxer Max in late Tuesday night 11/19/16, because he wasnt doing so well. The staff came out with the stretcher and got him out of the car and brought him inside. They took him in the back right away. Everyone from the beginning to end when we left were so pleasant and caring and professional. Our girl Cabella, a 3 year old hound mix was shot today and we couldn't be more grateful for the doctors and staff at Veterinary Medical Center of CNY! They had everything ready for us and their first concern was to take care of her pain. She was home hours later and is doing well and should make a full recovery! Thank you so much Veterinary Medical Center of CNY for taking such great care of us!!
