Thank you to Dr.Kornreich for diagnosing Hank yesterday and putting my mind at ease for the time being. Wonderful facility and great staff. Special Thanks to Tracy. I would highly recommend this facility for emergency situations which I have done in the past with other pups. Or if you are in need of specialty care which we are at this point. A little costly at times but how can you put a price tag on a family member. Use your own judgment on services needed for your own situation.
I can't say enough about the amazing staff! I took my sweet, 6 month old kitten there because he wasn't acting like himself and he wasn't eating or drinking. All of the staff were so kind, caring and supportive. He had to stay overnight and no matter how many times I called to check on him they genuinely seemed to cafe and were so sweet. They thoroughly explained every option and were extremely patient with me. I am so thankful for them and I would refer anyone to them!!
A very big thank you to dr. Smith and her staff. y'all were great, thank you Dr Smith for giving me a tour of the place. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a specialist
When people have such horrible reviews I find it hard to believe. Seems to me like the majority rules with five star reviews as I am also giving. I had to drive two hours to their location at two in the morning . They were awesome. My dog had a large bite wound and needed to have it closed up and cleaned. They always will give you an estimate for services with a low and high amount. I don't have tons of money but I had them proceed. I've never been this deceived in my entire life. It's not the total cost (which I still don't know) but the deception that irks me. My dog was hit by a car and his front leg was broken. After going to my local vet I was referred to this Center for treatment. Estimates were shown to me ranging low and high $3,000 to $4,200. Naturally I was okay with this as I accept the responsibility of being a pet owner. Little did I know this was only for the care up to and NOT including the surgery to plate his broken bone. I would like to thank the great staff that took care of our very much loved dog Melo today. We decided to put him out of his pain and and the staff couldn't have been more compassionate and understanding. While my wife and I are both devastated now, we take great comfort in knowing that Melo finished out his last day around a bunch of classy and professional people. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts
