This place is wonderful! :) Everyone is so kind and understanding, the setting is calm and clean and it's location is great. The doctors and technicians are very thorough keep you updated every step of the way. Also, the prices for the exam and anything extra your pet may need are very reasonable and they work with you to figure out the best way to go. Two thumbs up! :)
If you need emergency medical care for your pets, this is the place to go!
Unfortunately I made my first visit there today with my cat. She was sick and in bad shape for 17 years old. The doctor came to see me and explain my options. In the end I put her to sleep to stop her suffering and the people there were great. They were very sympathetic and sensitive to this matter. They placed Dusty in a coffin like box in which she was wrapped like something fragile. Thank you for making a tough time a little easier.
A great place! We have a special dog with special problems so we travel all the way from Malone when needed!
Dr. Cameron was amazing. Thank you for all you did for our sweet girl. Although she is now in doggy heaven, you made her stay with us as pain free as possible. All staff was always so wonderful.
The workers r amazing!! Dr.Robinson an his staff have saved my dogs life so many times I lost count! An the physical therapy there with Lis is amazing an doctor Polly for all her help! I drive from Watertown to c them!!
