Today was our first visit to the center with our dog, Sebastian. The staff was very warm and welcoming, which put us at ease right away. We did not have to wait long, and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. After only one visit, I cannot say enough good things about this place! It is well worth the hour drive from our home, as we know that our dog is receiving the best possible care here! Thank you so much for your guidance and compassion!
On November 5,2017 my mother and I brought her German Shepherd female in with signs of labor. The veterinarians and the staff as well as the on call surgical staff where amazing! Our biggest fear was we would loose Naja although we prayed we would have a healthy litter of puppies so we opted for a c-section and we had a successful delivery of 13 puppies and a healthy momma! Veterinary medical center has the best cardiologist, Dr Oxford, and assistant Sarah. Our Dunkin had a check up today with Dr Oxford. We were so happy to be able to be a part of his tests today. Thank you Dr Oxford for all you have done for our sweet man. 💗💗💗
Brought our dog in after she gave birth to only one pup an was have issues after. Was put in a room right away an seen right away. Was told cost an possibility of what is going on. She still had 2 pups in her with out a heart beat. They gave her surgery that day an planned on keeping her overnight. The mom dog wanted to be with her only pup an wouldn't stop whining for it so staff called us an explained we could get her so she could be with pup an was very nice about it. This place is amazing! Got us right in and medicated for pain right away! Very professional and companionate people!
Horrible veterinarian on last night. Great nurses and receptionist though. Waited 4 hours in a freezing cold room. Was told it would be soon over and over. I came out of the room and told the vet that I had to work soon and that id have to leave. Then I pretty much begged her to take his blood for bloodwork and she started yelling at me saying that she had a room full of animals on other side.
