The staff here are just the best and took fantastic care of our kitty while she stayed here before, during, and after her surgery. They treated her like she was their own and kept us informed every step of the way. I can’t say enough about how great this medical center is!
My sweet Luna went into final stages of heart failure the other night and despite hope of one more rally at life, she began to suffer beyond repair. We brought our 11 lb baby, Zoe to the ER on a busy Memorial Day weekend, as she was not eating and not drinking. After 2 visits at our normal Vet clinic, who just stated she had a stomach ache and give her some pills with her food and let her go home, we had to bring her somewhere that knew what was going on. All the test results that our Vet said were negative, all showed positive at VMCCNY. They kept her a day with fluids and meds and was released back home on Sunday. These guys are truelly amazing, compassionate, and friendly! We came all the way from Oswego. I can’t say enough about this place. I recommend this VMC ten times over!
