RecommendedReceived prompt and caring service here when bringing my cat after an accident that amputated 2” of her tail. They made pain control a top priority and was examining her before my intake forms were even completed. They provided clear plan of treatment and price which ended up below their original estimates, she required prompt surgery and was discharged in just a couple hours, very friendly staff and compassionate to your pets.
I had to take our dog to veterinary medical center twice after hours of our regular vet. We live over an hour away. Both times the staff was so friendly, kind and caring not only for our dog but to us. They even asked if I wanted to keep the pear core that he had swallowed whole. I passed. Lol.
I highly recommend Veterinary Medical Center of CNY in an emergency. Our 7 week old puppy stopped breathing and they saved his life. They kept us informed every step of the way, took our phone calls and answered any questions we had. I felt like they truly cared about the well being of our puppy.
My bulldog Mazie was denied care and treatment from Cornell, that’s how I found veterinary medical center. They were fully booked but were willing to do anything and everything they could to figure out what’s going on with my girl. The staff here made me feel so great about the care she is receiving. I can’t say enough about how amazing everyone here treated not only Mazie, but myself too. Finally I found a place that loves and cares for my dog as much as I do. I’ll never go anywhere else!! 5+++++++ stars!!!!
We were transferred to VMC from our local vet due to our 9 week old puppy having pneumonia. She was in really rough shape and the staff here was absolutely amazing!! The doctors were so great at keeping in contact and constantly updating us on Lucy’s progress. Letting us come visit so my 5 year old could see she was indeed getting better and ease his worry of her being very ill. We were so pleased with the services we received upon a very traumatizing experience with our baby! It was 7 in the morning and never having to deal with something like this they helped us every step of the way! They sealed our baby up and have been such a help with the calls we have had to make to them! As it was a Sunday we had to drive 45 mins here, and it was well worth it! I recommend this place by far in an emergency need! THANK YOU DR KNAPP!
Brought my limping lethargic 9 week old kitten in with no phone call first. They were kind and very sympathetic. Thorough exam. Left with meds and am pleased to announce that 24 hours later Claire is doing exceptionally well. Thanks for always being there.
