Very easy, super responsive, awesome to work with, and worked at the pace I set. Got everything clear to close super fast. Told me up front that there are fees associated with a VA loan. Pretty cool and no hassle. The most hassle came from the realtor if anything.

If I could give 0 I would. Now, I thought long and hard how I wanted to handle the situation. It took months for me even write this. We are a veteran family who this year purchased a new home. Originally we applied with Veterans United, I was approved for a 300k loan. I use quotations because in FACT I wasnt actually approved at the time. Which could have seriously messed with the realtors reputation both legally and locally. After 30+ days jumping through hoops doused in gasoline I was able to actually get approved. As other people mentioned.. they rely on their automated website system a lot I applied for a loan and couldnt speak to any human, they call me once when I was at meeting at work and I called the number **************************************************** to the one who doesnt answer.

I am a veteran who was curious about getting basic information from their webpage. I had no intention of making a purchase on a home but if I did by a home I wanted to see how my gi bill would help and how the could assist.The next thing I knew is that this company ran a HARD COOY CTEDIT CHECK with Experian. This hard copy credit check stays on your credit report for approximately 2 tears and Lowers your score by 10 points!! I DONT RECOMMEND YOU USING TGIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUSLY GOING TO USE THEM!
