I'm not sure of what word(s) I would use to express that level of dedication and professionalism that they demonstrated for me. They went above and beyond all my expectations. They had my back, my best interests, my voice, and fought for it. Every step of the way. They became like family towards the end of the process. They all have my sincere respect and gratitude.
Horrible service. we were given the run around constantly. closing costs were never figured into our loan and proof of employment was not done until we were about to close. we had already sent in our notice to vacate our rental and it was under contract to another tenant. this will leave me and my family with the real possibility of being homeless , and I'm still AD. this is unacceptable and should be illegal.
