They gave me a prequalified letter for a va loan and when I was going to use it they told me I had to sell my property before I can get the loan. Two months of waisted time because they waited two months to tell me this. They are out there to get veterans money not to help them.
Besides feeling like the process itself seemed elusive due to the nature of home buying, the team was phenomenal and I kept in contact with them regularly. (I tended to call and did not wait to be called but they were patient and very helpful).
Veterans United made the entire process as easy as possible and really kept with us and kept us going when things werent looking so great. I appreciate all their time and the overall effort to make us feel heard and give us the best deal possible.
