Amazing team. Made purchasing our home easy. It was a one- stop shop. The to-do lists made it easy to follow the purchasing process. Again "our" team was the best. Really worked hard for us- the veterans. Impressive.
This company got access to my credit report confirmed by a hard inquiry without my authorization or approval. They claimed I applied for a loan. I could never recall asking them for a loan and called and asked them for a copy of the application. They could not produce documentation. They should be investigated for illegal behavior. They even blocked my phone number for calling them. I suspect they are selling my credit info. They lie and are thieves. Everyone should be made aware of their immoral business activities.
From day one, Veterans United was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this organization or the team that helped get my family into our beautiful new home. My wife and I had our first child at the beginning of our homebuying experience, and the team sent our baby boy gifts. A point we knew we were sticking with them.
