Steven ******* was a major reason we used veterans united for our initial loan and the reason we stayed with veterans united when we decided to refinance when the rates dropped even when we had a couple of other options from other lenders offering a slightly lower rate. He was very transparent on all the details and earned our trust and knew that we would be taken care of through this whole process. Because of this trust, we preferred to stay with veterans united cause we knew that Steven would not do us wrong.
