This is the best home buying experience that I could even imagine for my first time it was so easy and so great everyone worked extremely well together to get things accomplished they notified me of anything that they needed and I worked really quickly to get them what they needed I am very happy with this company

Great customer service. I have used VU for two home purchases now, and will continue to come back every time. It is truly an experience to feel like you should be doing more, but are assured everything is right on track.
After 5 months of my monthly payment bouncing around from $500.00 to $2,500.00 (it's supposed to be 2122.60), I have still not got an answer to why. They tried to blame it on a shortage somewhere in the escrow but for a year and a half, everything was fine. So someone in the accounting end screwed up. I have paid my mortgage on time every month. Taxes did NOT increase. So where did the shortage come from? I've gotten a run around with these people trying to explain it to me. There should not be a shortage anywhere if I have ... read more
The process was very easy to follow and they made it about as simple as it could be. I am very happy with this experience.
