After 5 months of my monthly payment bouncing around from $500.00 to $2,500.00 (it's supposed to be 2122.60), I have still not got an answer to why. They tried to blame it on a shortage somewhere in the escrow but for a year and a half, everything was fine. So someone in the accounting end screwed up. I have paid my mortgage on time every month. Always just a phone call away, Veterans United made sure we understood the whole process, as well as making us ''feel'' like veterans each time we were in touch with them. It's nice to know when people in general acknowledge veterans, but it's a totally different feeling you get when you feel appreciated. That's what Veterans United does for us.
