Veterans United was a really awesome organization to work with. They covered every thing that came up as it did and kept us calm through the entire process.
The beginning was awesome through the close of my house and Cal helped me out in every step which is much appreciated....yet once in the system my loan has been transferred twice before my first payment and the customer service is relatively trash with the actual company's and the letters I received do not contain enough information to properly make an *** payment through my bank. I finally got it figured out by myself after being hung up on and put on hold for an extended period of time. At this point in time if my loan get... read more
