I agree Drs,Nurses, techs and all the staff atleast here at Albuquerque's VA Hospital are on piont, respectful, pleasant straight a cross the board the BEST ever!....I think the beast thing is that everyone is so approachable and they really get people (patients,family and friends)..... THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFG ESPECIALLY IN 5D & 3A! Y'ALL ROCK!
As a Volunteer at the Rio Rancho NWMETRO VA Clinic it was brought front and center to me that there are a majority of concerned VA employees that do care deeply about Veterans. As in most cases, the bad gets most of the press. Like Grandpa Pettybone says; believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. No, the VA is not perfect but you can become a Volunteer and become part of the cure. That is all; carry on!

Nothing works for me and it's taking too long and I don't have time I need help they keep telling me they will call My phone has I'd nothing yet the UNM doctor can't get anything done. Don't no what too do I'm getting so weak and confused they keep telling me it is getting better I'm really trying this is a fight and I'm losing?
Two hour drive. Five minute procedure. Forty-five minutes wait for travel reimbursement. Another two hours home. What's not to like?
My fathef a Vet of WWII and Korea was in the ER where they took very good care of him. He was admitted to the MICU after they found a slow heart rate. They quickly figured out that he needed and took him in for surgery to place a pacemaker. The nursing staff was exceptional! Thank you for helping my pop reach his goal of turning 90years old and training for the Senior olympics again!
