My brothers appointment was at 11, they didn't take him until 12. Other than that it went well.
I used to have a review up, but seems it was deleted. I'm only giving it a "one" star because I have to. VERY poor care and no accountability. It takes months to get an appt with a PCP for anything routine. I have NEVER been able to get in to see my PCP for being ill. Instead, I'm hustled to the same day clinic or the ER where the wait is literally ALL day. Unacceptable orthopedic care. I enjoy the help, that's needed. But, sometimes, it's just one of those days. The door was shut, a simple knock, by a receptionist. Was ignored. I waited enough. Finally, I left. Maybe, better luck today.
My Dad has been going there for years and he loves the Care he gets and Loves All the Staff ... from the people at the front desk to the medical staff .... He also retired from the VA Hospital in Albuquerque, NM .... He was one of there first male nurses and retired as a physician assistance ... he was in the Korean war and got shot in the leg and neck .... we are lucky he is alive
