Had great service on my appt with doctor but had a very bad experience getting glasses
It's slow like any other hospital. I'm told to have PATIENCE (don't know what that is ). Right? Dawn?
I just want to say thank you to all the doctors and nurses at the VA Hospital they are wonderful staff I sure do appreciate them and we appreciate the veterans hope they all get well soon God bless
I have never received decent care here. I feel like a head of cattle being moved thru this place. The doctors are shoddy. I got yelled at yesterday by my primary care Joanne Marsh NP for telling her the information her nurse had given me that apparently was incorrect so I walked out! I didn't serve my country to be talked down to or talked over. I'll be damned if as a US Veteran that I'll be treated that way. Not to mention if you have anything that requires retesting or should be retested later they will leave ya hanging.
They are taking care of my brother now t9ok 4 time to go to the er till someone found out he was not dehydrated but had a low blood count
I love this hospital! They provide excellent service, and understand Veterans and our unique needs. I am so glad that I finally began getting my care here, over 6 years ago.
Sitting in the VA lobby between appointments and there are already so many veterans here. Some my age, some in their early 20's, some my dad's age, some on wheelchairs, some amputees, some women, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan, other current wars, white, brown, black - all served for their country.
