We have had the best care we could ask for Thanks to the ED (ER) for the quick and very efficient care give upon our arrival. A HUGE thanks to the "Yellow Team" in "step down" unit D, 5th floor. Cardiology, Infection Control, and ENT department's as well as all the volunteers at this AMAZING, AWESOME VA hospital. You guys ROCK.
Can't really write a fair review seeing how I can't even make an appt for a new primary care provider. Nobody in the new patient department wants to pick up the phone or answer voicemails. Moved here over two months ago and I'm still waiting!! I thought Fayetteville had a shitty VA hospital.
Spend a fortune bringing back Heroes from the brink.......... ;-)

Yesterday I was accused of being prescribed improper medication. I was treated with such disdain from the Administrative Assistant to the Nurse to the Doctor. I felt sick to my stomach and got a severe anxiety attack as this barrage of traumatic words immobilized me. The doctor did not even try to show me any support, zero. Why were they treated me so bad? Almost every month for a year I’ve been driving up to Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center for appointments, tests and surgeries So far the team there has been great Thank You to the staff
The VA health care system has the same problems as private health care systems. The difference is one of cost for service and co-payments in the private sector. The facilities, staff and Nursing staff provide us with a smile and desire to Serve and Thank Veterans each day. They work hard each day to serve us with a smile. The complaints should and must be handled with understanding and compassion. The system is slow to correct problems, this just adds to the anxiety we face.
