I have waited three years for Botox Injections to treat my migraine headaches that I am rated at 50% for. I was on the FDA TRAIL at the San Antonio VA Hospital prior to relocating my new home in Colorado. I waited for over one year for hearing aids that I also rate for; I am a 100% SC, PT. Marine Veteran. The Albuquerque VA Hospital, and the Durango VA Outpatient Clinic, seem to embrace stagnation, rudeness, and ignorance as I f they were virtues to be proud of. My TRUE rating for both locations, 1/100th of 1 star!
This review is for Julie Ferguson, our light in the darkness. She did more for us in the few weeks we knew her than anyone. Her heart was fully invested in helping her veterans, she helped us so very much. Julie, thank you, thank you for all that you did for your veterans. If everyone had a tenth of your heart there would no more problems and not one would slip through the cracks. Go with God.....and thank you.
I know some people care at the VA.. but it's not worth waiting 8 months to see my primary care doctor.. and then wait for 2 hours to be seen. I'm thinking about paying out of my own pocket for medical insurance then depend on them.
