I had an appointment and didn't have to wait. The Receptionist was polite and cordial sand the PA I saw was quite professional.
New Mexico VA system is a joke. The record keeping is so bad they don't even remember who you are yet they just prescribed you medication. I went to open pharmacy and was treated like crap! The system is broken very broken with 3rd rate doctors who can't pass a normal boards to be regular doctors. If it wasn't for doctor Murray over in Beacon I would have gotten 0 help. VA is the worst health care system in the country. People die waiting to be seen.
Sitting in the VA lobby between appointments and there are already so many veterans here. Some my age, some in their early 20's, some my dad's age, some on wheelchairs, some amputees, some women, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan, other current wars, white, brown, black - all served for their country.
