We visited yesterday, but will be here for several days. Your staff is outstanding and I'm impressed, as always. ICU nurses are insanely smart, talented, and compassionate. The facility is clean. Administrative staff is helpful and friendly. I had a safety concern and it was addressed quickly and suitably. The only thing that would improve MY experience as a patient family member would be extended cafeteria hours, as not all are available to visit during traditional meal times.
