We were greeted in the hall, well informed and well treated
Finally coming about, twenty yrs ago I dreaded that place, staff finally seem they care. Early stages yet, but for the better!
Zero trust in the va hard to believe people actually get proper treatment at this facility...

HAD AN AWESOME VISIT TO THE VA IN IRON MOUNTAIN ON MONDAY, WONDERFUL SERVICE AND THEY HAVE A PICTURE OF THE COMMANDER AND CHIEF DONALD J. TRUMP IN THE LOBBY UNLIKE THE VA IN WEST PALM BEACH!
A total waste of time two and a half hour drive for two small vials of blood and a pressure check on my eyes
I have been using Iron Mountain VA for a few years now and I have never had a problem. The staff has always treated me with respect and shown a high standard of care and concern. I respest all of the folks at the Iron Mountain facility.
I had 6 appointments today and had very good service. People were friendly and never made me feel that they were in a hurry. Actually gave me more information on things, didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing. Very helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work
Informative friendly staff in the Oncology department. They are taking good care of my husband and he always leaves feeling better inside, than when he went in for his appointment. Thank you, Dr. Singh and Nurse Donna for all you do for my husband. You are greatly appreciated.
