Way too far to go. Had take a crabby old veteran (aka my dad) there. They need to have a better more comfortable chairs for people who drive out patients there for the day

My husband had an appointment in Audiology. We were treated very nicely from all the different areas. We couldn't believe how nice everyone was. It was our first time In V.A. In Iron Mountain.
Some waiting but appt was an on call one. Very caring. Very respectful
