While my experience hasn't materialized in a contract in the end due to personal circumstances, I have to give some props to Harvey and his professionalism showcased throughout the whole experience - from managing the contract, the offer and accommodating what's best for the tenant.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience renting through Mya Hewes at Newfoundland . From the very beginning, she’s been kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly. The building itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and conveniently located. It really feels like home. I’m so grateful for her professionalism and genuine care, she goes above and beyond for her tenants. She has been very sweet to me and my parents. We recently moved into Newfoundland with my girlfriend and couldn’t be happier. The building is amazing, with great facilities and an exceptionally friendly team who made us feel at home right away.
