We decided on Canary Wharf by Vertus after viewing several similar developments around London city. The overall presentation and size of the units are by far superior to what we seen. Location is great and services provided in the complex also a bonus. Finally, our personal experience dealing with the management team, namely Kimberley and Chloe made our decision easy. They were helpful and always super responsive on emails. Thank you both for your support.
AVOID AT ALL COST! Extremely disappointing experience with the property management team. The cooling system in my flat has been unreliable for months. It broke down again last week—just two weeks after the last repair—and it still hasn’t been fixed. Not good. Their website shows available apartments and the leading consultant saying we have none. I am confused????????
They haven't paid the gas bill that they kept money from the deposit for. Moved out of the building over a year ago.
