The service and repairs department was extremely disappointing. Despite clearly explaining the issue and even providing the likely solution—which was easily found online because it is a well-known fault—I had to take my car back three separate times. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received from a main dealership. Volkswagen South Nottingham contacted me and advised that my vehicle was due for a service, so I booked the appointment and took time off work. I also made it very clear when booking that I required a wheelchair-accessible courtesy vehicle to accommodate my daughter’s wheelchair as I am a Motability customer. Well what a bunch of disorganised and hopeless people. 4 weeks ago I booked my daughters polo in for a full service, MOT and for a new key. I specifically advised the key must be done on the same day as the rest of the work. Sure they said no problem. Upon dropping the car off this morning I made sure the key was to be done today as I was away for a few days tomorrow. Yes I was told it would be done. My wife and I purchased a car here last month and had a good experience. Krupa was great throughout the whole sale and we felt she definitely took pride in delivering the best customer service possible. The only thing I will say is the car wasn't as clean as we had hoped from the inside, however the outside was cleaned to a good standard.
Absolutely useless. Worst I have EVER dealt with. Only giving one star because there isn't anything less.
