Fantastic experience buying a car here. No hard sell, left alone to view but on hand as soon as needed. Jonathan Percival was the perfect salesman, really friendly and helpful. Was the most stress free experience which is exactly which we wanted. Will definately return and highly recommend too ☺️

Being advised to have a cam belt replacement after doing 32,000 miles is unusual enough but for this to labelled on Vertu’s traffic light system as ‘Urgent’ didn’t feel transparent. As someone who is a novice with cars, fortunately I was advised by trusted friends amongst others to not press forward with this and pay the £500 it would have cost. In one case, I was told by an anonymous tip off at a separate VW garage (not Vertu) that their VW garage only recommend a CAM belt ‘check’ at 60,000 miles. Now although this isn’t un... read more
