Excellent Customer Service 👌
The unit itself is ok. But getting into it is a nightmare due to roadworks
Worst service ever. Bought our first brand new Polo 1 week ago, took it in for a minor adjustment to the hand brake this morning spoke to Connor as we had a 10am slot booked, who basically said we had to wait 6 hours for it fixing, wouldn’t show us how to use the automatic wing mirrors, and was generally unhelpful. The car isn’t fixed. Thanks VW, great first experience.
Really great sales team and experience at Vertu VW Leeds. I find changing my car very stressful. I like to know everything and am not an easy customer. I take a while to make a decision. I wanted a Tiguan but was torn between R line or Elegance spec. I was helped by a fantastic member of the sales team Tom Rookledge who went above and beyond to help me.
