I had a brilliant experience at Vertu Mini Exeter mainly because of Charlotte. She was 100% focused on my experience of buying a new mini and gave me time to answer questions and to change my mind. She has a lovely friendly, warm manner and was hugely knowledgeable. I felt very at ease. I love mini’s but had lost a little bit of faith in the brand but feel very invested again now
We had already experienced the service from Charlotte when purchasing our countryman and returned to check out the ev, nothing had changed, everything went smoothly, professionally and on time, some other team members were very helpful along the way and I look forward to visiting for guidance with the technology which baffles me, always get the same cheery welcome
