Excellent Service & assistance with the planning & execution of my recent 70th Birthday Party.. The Staff go above & beyond to ensure the Customer's satisfaction.. Lovely venue, which I've attended twice this year within short amount of time. Ideal for parties, weddings etc. Staff are extremely helpful and hardworking. Reasonably good parking which is fantastic for a venue in London. Loos on reception floor probably in need of a face-lift. Larger, nicer toilet facilities on ground floor, but a bit of a trek in heels

Fantastic 70th Birthday Celebration at Venue 28! We recently hosted my Mum's 70th birthday party at Venue 28 this past Sunday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning to the end, everything ran incredibly smoothly. Every single member of staff, from customer service to the bar team, was absolutely fantastic.
