5 Star : My Experience Mikayla was wonderfully helpful and made the entire process easy and took all the confusion out of it. She made dealing with the insurance company easier than I had imagined, and got the necessary forms to my email for quick review and signing to get the parts in and start the repair.

Still no answer… 3.5 Star : Customer Service Paint problem with fog lights (well documented on line). Truck was at 36,400 by the time I got it in shop. Called and took pictures 6 days before but couldn’t get in. Then got “out of warranty” response and no appeal or follow thru w GMC. Seems Weak for an $80k product. 5 Star : Returned Clean
